Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to love your purchase! However, due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on bikini sets if:

•The hygiene sticker has been removed

•The item has been worn, washed, or is not in its original condition

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order and must meet the following conditions:

•Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

•All tags and hygiene liners must be intact

•Proof of purchase is required

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• All orders must be placed and paid for through our official website only

•We accept secure online payments via debit/credit cards

•Cash on delivery (COD) is not available

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
